    Posten, Sweden’s national postal service was in the process of developing a new brand and retail strategy that relied heavily on the concept of self-service (with the aim to replace traditional post offices).

    Output

    An updated visual identity and brand new touch points such as post boxes, self-service centres, postal products, signage and uniforms. (In collaboration with other consultancies and manufacturing companies.)

    Outcome

    The transformed Posten became more accessible to the general public in more ways than one.
